  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Pinch of dried oregano
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 180c
  2. Place the feta in an ovenproof bowl.
  3. Sprinkle over the chilli, oregano and lemon zest.
  4. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 – 20minutes.
  6. Serve up with salads, pastas, cous-cous or just enjoy as a solo snack!
