Roasted Chickpeas
These roasted chickpeas can be a really tasty snack as an alternative to crisps or try them as a topper on soups or salads!
The chickpeas are a plant based source of fibre and protein and so this is not only great for health but can help make your meal feel a lot more satisfying and keep you fuller for longer.
Chickpeas also contain high amounts of iron and folate which are two nutrients that women and girls can be lacking in.
They are cheap and easy- just keep a store of tins in your cupboard to grab when ever you need them!
